Alan’s Bugles, a popular corn snack brand owned by General Mills, has entered the Indian market in partnership with Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL).
The product will be available in three flavors – Original (Salted), Tomato, and Cheese – and will be priced starting at Rs 10.
The product will first be launched in Kerala and will be gradually expanded across India. RCPL said that the launch of Alan’s Bugles is in line with its strategy to offer a wide range of products to Indian consumers.

General Mills is a leading global food company with a portfolio of brands that includes Cheerios, Wheaties, Yoplait, and Haagen-Dazs. The company has been operating in India for over 20 years and has a strong presence in the food and beverage market.
The entry of Alan’s Bugles into the Indian market is a significant development as it marks the entry of a major global snack brand into the country. The product is expected to compete with other popular corn snacks brands such as Lay’s and Cheetos.
The launch of Alan’s Bugles is also a sign of the growing consumer demand for snacks in India. The Indian snack market is estimated to be worth over $20 billion and is growing at a CAGR of 15%.
The entry of Alan’s Bugles is expected to boost the growth of the Indian snack market and provide consumers with more choices. The product is also expected to create new opportunities for the FMCG industry in India.
