TVS Motor Company, one of India’s leading two-wheeler manufacturers, has announced its entry into the European market through a strategic partnership with Emil Frey Group, a Swiss-based automotive distributor. This collaboration marks a significant milestone for TVS Motor’s global expansion plans, leveraging Emil Frey’s extensive expertise and network across Europe.

Under the terms of the agreement, Emil Frey Group entities will take on the responsibility of distributing TVS products in selected European countries. Utilizing their well-established sales, marketing, and service infrastructure, Emil Frey will facilitate the introduction and growth of TVS Motor’s brand and product portfolio in the region.

The partnership will initially focus on introducing a range of TVS Motor’s popular two-wheeler models, including the Jupiter 125, NTORQ, Raider, iQube S, Ronin, Apache RR 310, and Apache RTR 310. These vehicles have been carefully selected to cater to the diverse preferences and needs of European consumers, offering a combination of performance, style, and technological advancements.

France will serve as the first market for TVS Motor’s European launch, with the company planning to introduce its entire suite of products, including both internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric vehicles (EVs), starting in January 2024. Subsequent expansion into other European markets is expected to follow, with a focus on countries with strong two-wheeler demand and existing Emil Frey infrastructure.

This partnership with Emil Frey is a testament to TVS Motor’s commitment to global expansion and its recognition of Europe’s potential as a key market for its two-wheeler products.
